The decisive final round of the 2025 season delivered a tense qualifying day on Saturday. After a morning free-practice session, drivers returned for the official time trials, pushing to secure the best possible grid positions before the title decider. Q2 produced the biggest drama when Giacomo Sacchi suffered a wind-induced flip; although inside the top six, he was unable to continue into Q3. Peter Morin set the benchmark as the fastest qualifier and sits third in the championship standings on 32 points. Close behind, Mathilda Wiberg—second in the points race with 34—took P2, while Edgaras Riabko claimed third with a 49.195 lap. Current championship leader Himmer Wiberg, holding 39 points, will start from fifth on the grid.
All eyes now turn to Sunday’s grand finale, where every point will count and the 2025 UIM F2 World Champion will finally be decided.
